Fitness in Truro
How to stay active in Truro…..
If there’s one thing that Lockdown and Covid has taught us, it’s that living a healthy lifestyle can work wonders. Some of us discovered parts of Truro we never knew existed, and others turned parts of their homes into makeshift gyms. Now we know how important this is, it’s good to know that there are people and organisations in our fair city who have got your back when it comes to all things active!
There’s plenty of choice if you’re either looking to get fit or you’re a regular gym bunny.
