I can’t believe that it’s been FIVE years since I first put metaphorical pen to paper for Secret Truro. The blog was conceived whilst travelling up the M4 (near Swindon) going back to see the family at Christmas 2014. We thought that 80,000 words later it was time to give it a bit of a Spring clean.

In the last five years, we’ve supported local and independent organisations in our area - and some outside, if we thought you’d love them as much as we did. There have been some months where the blogs have come thick and fast, and other leaner ones where our day jobs got in the way.

Our site now has some new features and we’re working on others too. We’ve got:

• Listings of some of our favourite places (if your’s isn’t on there - please let us know, we love to include it)

• Job Listings - This is only a notice board with contact details.

• Super Saver Monday - we’ll try and update this page as much as possible, but for the very latest deals, please visit the Super Saver Monday Page on the Visit Truro website.

• Events/Pop Up listings - please get in touch if you want to be included.

As we’ve said many times - this site isn’t exhaustive - Secret Truro is a labour of love for those of us who write for it. We try to include what we can and point you to other places if we can’t.

We’ve got a few other tricks up our sleeve, so please do check in and follow us on our social media feeds.
